House TIM

House Tim is an independent, friendly house with a sauna, a large massage tub and an exceptional environment. It's next to the house
own parking lot, where it is possible to charge an electric vehicle. It is designed as an open unit with no rooms.
The only door in the house leads to a large, spacious bathroom with a large "walk in" shower, toilet bowl,
place with a sink and a mirror, a towel dryer is also available.

Upon entering the Tim House, there is a dressing room, to the left a comfortable kitchen, which is equipped with all modern equipment for
preparing your favorite dishes. There is a gas hob with four burners, an oven, a hood,
dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and microwave. All utensils are available
food preparation, plates, trays, utensils...all for 4 people. The kitchen adjoins the dining room and living room
and a sleeping area with a large (200x200) water bed. The dining room has a dining table and comfortable soft chairs, a view
falls onto the outdoor green and summer terrace through a large panoramic wall. It is a sofa set
comfortable, with the possibility to stretch into a large bed.
The television is LED, smart, huge, with a rich programming scheme of domestic and foreign programs. For
cold drinks will be provided by the American double fridge, which will also give you cold filtered water and from the ice machine
enough ice for cold cocktails.

In the same room, there is an infrared (IR) sauna and a large jacuzzi with water and air massage for two
person for maximum relaxation.
Next to the kitchen is the exit to the terrace, where there is a summer kitchen for outdoor food preparation and a garden table for
dining in the fresh air. Only 5 meters away is a heated (covered if necessary) swimming pool, in
which you will refresh yourself by jumping from the home terrace right after your morning coffee.
The house is forcibly ventilated with a recuperation system that ensures adequate humidity and aesthetics
illuminated with LED lighting.

There is a lot of greenery around the TIM House, as it is located in the middle of nature. Immediately from the terrace is the entrance to the swimming pool,
heated and, if necessary, covered swimming pool, which is beautifully lit in the evening. In addition, they are available
deckchairs, the beach is made of round pebbled colored stones so that you will have the feeling that you are lying in
a lonely bay of the sweet sea.
In the immediate vicinity is a massage pool for 6 people, heated to 37 degrees, with a water waterfall, with water and
air massage. In addition, there is a shower and a large panoramic Finnish sauna in the form of a reclining barrel, which can
accommodates up to 12 people.

Just a few meters away is a meadow that is part of the resort, where, depending on the season, you can pick your own
organic fruit. There is also a small garden with high beds, where you can pluck fresh homegrown tomatoes.
paprika, parsley and some other spices and vegetables.

The Tim house offers you complete privacy inside and is entirely yours during the rental period, the exterior,
where there is a swimming pool, a massage pool, a shower, a sauna and everything else, but you share the use with potential guests of the Villa
TAJA and Velnes apartments LILI.
We strive to be ECO-friendly, which is why we have provided the possibility of charging electric vehicles and also renting electric vehicles
wheels. We have our own solar power plant on the roof, water for flushing toilets and for watering
and washing is a trickle.
